- Sean Stephenson During my morning mentor session today I watched part of a video that featured Sean Stephenson as the first speaker. When you follow the Golden Rule "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you", then serving others well becomes a natural, innate part of your life.  This is nothing new. We have all heard this phrase, and for some of us it was a moral lesson consistently taught to us by our loving parents.  To serve others well simply means to put yourself in their shoes and see their wants, needs, desires, goals, ambitions, and dreams as if they were your very own, and then to work hard doing everything you can to help meet those needs or to make those things a reality for them.  Are you in sales? Do you provide a specific service? Are you a blogger or writer?
